Council 13 Executive Board Members and Staff Trim the Highmark Caring Place

"Union Tree"

AFSCME C13 has once again purchased a tree for the annual "Parade of Trees" fundraiser. 

Our tree will be on display through January 3 at the Radisson Penn Harris Hotel and Convention Center in Lemoyne, PA.

Proceeds go to Highmark Caring Place, a center for grieving children, adolescents and their families.

Todd Singer, C13 President, Local 2545; and Joyce Culpepper, VP DC90, Local 1420 add some final touches to the

AFSCME C13 Union Tree.

This year's tree was decorated with union memorabilia and holiday images of labor.
