Article 43, Subcontracting Training

In this interactive training, members who work for the Commonwealth of PA will explore Article 27 and what constitutes an Article 27 grievance. By diving into the components of classification and reviewing the importance of documentation, participants will understand how to handle Article 27 grievances; What is Article 27; Understanding Classification; How do you know if you have a grievance; Collecting proper documentation; and How to file an Article 27 grievance.
