AFSCME Council 13 ratifies 3-year contract with Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Harrisburg, PA (September 6, 2016) - On August 3, Council 13’s State Policy Committee unanimously approved a three-year contract proposal. AFSCME Council 13 moved the vote to all of its 192 state locals.
