Time is running out to complete your Spouse Attestation by July 31, 2024, for employees hired on or after August 1, 2003.

Take action by July 31, 2024, to confirm your spouse is still eligible for PEBTF benefits.

Refer to the letter that was mailed to you by the PEBTF in late May and any reminders you may have received.
