Workers’ Comp: What Are My Rights After a Work Injury?

This training will be hosted by Michael Dryden of Willig, Williams & Davidson. This workshop will address the practical, “nuts and bolts” issues related to the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation law. We will cover issues like: what injuries or illnesses are covered; what benefits are available; the obligations and rights of each involved party; and best practices when filing a claim.
