State contract negotiations update
Contract negotiations between AFSCME Council 13 and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are ongoing with numerous sessions having taken place in recent weeks and more taking place this week.
Eighty rank-and-file negotiators from all across Pennsylvania have traveled to Harrisburg to represent their local unions, voicing their concerns directly to union leadership and Commonwealth officials.
Steady progress is being made, and members should contact their local leadership for details about the terms of the negotiations.
