Council 13 accepting last minute registrations for Women’s Conference!
The AFSCME Council 13 Women’s Conference is coming up on March 4-6, 2022, and your union is now accepting last minute registrations!
Please join us for this event where we will focus on empowering women within and beyond our membership through collective action and union solidarity, and we will be hearing from a powerful lineup of speakers, including AFSCME Secretary-Treasurer Elissa McBride, AFL-CIO President Liz Shuler, Pennsylvania Second Lady Gisele Fetterman, and PA AFL-CIO Secretary-Treasurer Candidate Angela Ferritto.
Participants will have the opportunity to partake in a variety of educational workshops, enjoy uniquely themed receptions, and bid in a silent auction that will benefit Safe Berks, which is an organization offering support services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
