Commonwealth employees must complete Spousal Attestation
Commonwealth employees covered by the Pennsylvania Employee Benefit Trust Fund (PEBTF) must complete their Spousal Attestation by July 31, 2019, to confirm that their spouse or domestic partner is still eligible for PEBTF benefits.
This applies to employees hired on or after August 1, 2003, who have a spouse or domestic partner enrolled in benefits.
