Members of Council 13 are once again stepping up to spread cheer and serve their communities this holiday season, participating in local events and donating gifts, food, and clothing to those in need.

A special thank you to members of Local 2902 (Lawrence County), Local 2125 (Somerset County PennDOT), Local 246 (Chambersburg Borough), Local 2326 (PennWest-Clarion University), Local 2592 (Lehigh & Northampton County Clericals), Local 691 (UPMC Altoona), Local 1598 (Bucks County), and 2158 (Bucks County PennDOT), and to all our AFSCME family throughout Pennsylvania who do so much during the holidays and year-round!
