In Memoriam: David Warfel
Council 13 mourns the loss of an avid member of AFSCME Local 2369, David Warfel.
Dave was a Forest District Maintenance Supervisor for DCNR and passed away at the bureau's Wildland Fire Academy at Shippensburg University after a day of instructing new wildland firefighters on May 29, 2025.
We honor Dave for his 20 years of public service and union membership, and we send our deepest condolences to his loved ones.
