Non-State Conference set for November
Make sure your local union is part of the AFSCME Council 13 Non-State Conference taking place November 11-13, 2022, at the Skytop Lodge in Skytop, PA!
At this year’s conference, we are honoring Those Who Serve, whether it’s in our nation’s armed forces or in our state and local public services. At the same time, we will build our union’s strength through educational sessions and interactive workshops.
While this is the Non-State Conference, Council 13’s Non-State Committee encourages their State sisters and brothers to attend, as well.
