Join us in New Columbia on Saturday, June 6, for a Union Steward Training with your AFSCME sisters and brothers! Lunch will be provided. The training will cover the roles and responsibilities of a union steward, including how to read, understand, and enforce a local union contract. We will review the grievance process and learn the mechanics of representing an employee during a pre-disciplinary conference.
